Exchange and return of goods

Exchange and return of goods for consumers (private persons who purchased goods for personal needs, not related to business activity)


ALUPRO has a reputation as a reliable and proven supplier of high-quality products, therefore we constantly make sure that the goods purchased by consumers exactly correspond to what is indicated in the description on the website and were chosen by the consumer when ordering. If the received product does not correspond to your order, then you can exchange it or return it back and get your money.


Our company operates in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights". Exchange and return of goods is made within 14 days from the date of purchase. The day of purchase is the day when you received the goods from the carrier or picked it up from the ALUPRO warehouse yourself.


Return or exchange of goods takes place on working days and working hours at the address: Brovary, 1/1 Sichovykh Striltsiv Street. Beforehand, you need to call your manager who accompanied your order and inform about your intention to exchange or return the goods.


You  have with you:


  • goods without any signs of use in intact and undamaged packaging;
  • sales receipt or invoice.


When exchanging goods, the cost will be recalculated, and in case of exchange for goods of a lower value, you will be refunded the difference, and for goods with a higher value, you will need to pay extra.


If you purchased goods in another city of Ukraine through a carrier, then the exchange and return is also carried out using the same carrier.


With the carrier you should send:


  • goods without any signs of use in intact and undamaged packaging;
  • sales receipt or invoice;
  • application for the return of goods.


When the goods are returned, the money is refunded to the client to the same account from which the payment for the goods was made. If the received product was in accordance with the order, but the consumer decided to replace / return it within 14 days from the date of purchase, shipping costs for return shipping are not compensated. When exchanging, you choose another model, which will be sent to you with a refund or additional payment of the difference. Re-shipment is the responsibility of the buyer.


Attention! Upon receipt of the product from the carrier, it is necessary to check its completeness, integrity and compliance with the order. In case that the order was withdrawn and paid for without verification, claims will not be accepted.


Please note that no returns or exchanges are allowed to the goods, which are made (cut or mechanically processed) according the individual order of the consumer.
