This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is concluded between the User and ALUPRO GROUP Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as ALUPRO GROUP LLC) and governs the use of the website https://alupro.ua/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), which is the property of ALUPRO LLC.

1. The terms used in the text of the Agreement have the following meaning:

Site - a page on the Internet https://alupro.ua/, as well as its subdirectories.

Administration - employees authorized to manage the Site, acting on behalf of ALUPRO GROUP LLC.

User - a person who views information on the Site and / or orders and / or receives Goods using the tools of the Site. Recipient and Payer are Users.

Online store - online store https://alupro.ua/

Services - interactive site services.

2. Site Terms of Use 

2.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is a public contract of the website https://alupro.ua/ (hereinafter referred to as the Site) between the Site Administration and an individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the User) and governs the terms of use of the site https://alupro.ua/.

2.1.1. Offers and information on the site are for informational purposes only and are not a public offer.

2.1.2. All users can view the content of the site, get acquainted with the information and materials, other data posted on it, use the Site Services, including placing orders on the site or from their personal account, leave comments.

2.1.3. The source of personal data collection is information directly and voluntarily provided by the User.

2.2. A user of the Site is any natural or legal person who has ever accessed the Site, a person who orders and / or receives services using the tools of the Site. 2.4. 3. Website Usage Policy

3.1. https://alupro.ua/ is a site for the sale of aluminum profiles and products from them (a full range of services - from the design and manufacture of the original profile or semi-finished products from it to the supply of finished products).

3.2. Site https://alupro.ua/ allows the User to view and download information from the Site solely for personal non-commercial use. It is forbidden to modify the materials of the Site, distribute it for public or commercial purposes. Any use of information on other sites or in computer networks is prohibited.

3.3. When registering on the Site and placing orders, the User agrees to provide reliable and accurate information about himself and his contact details, and also agrees to recieve offers, information, etc via e-mail or other means. If the User does not wish to receive informative messages about promotions, he has the right to unsubscribe from the mailing list or call the manager of ALUPRO GROUP LLC with a request to unsubscribe the User from mailing lists. In case of refusal from mailing, ALUPRO GROUP LLC will exclude the User's e-mail address from the e-mail mailing list.

3.4. The user can contact ALUPRO GROUP LLC with questions, claims, suggestions for improving work or with any other information. At the same time, the User is liable under the law if this address is illegal, threatening, violates copyright, discriminates against people on any grounds, and also contains insults or otherwise violates the current legislation on information protection, on the protection of personal data.

4. User's personal information

4.1. The Site Administration treats the confidential information of any person who has become a visitor to this site with respect and responsibility. By entering into this Agreement, the User agrees to the collection and use of certain information about the User in accordance with the provisions of the Law "On the Protection of Personal Data" and the Privacy Policy of the Site Administration on the protection of personal data. In addition, the User agrees that the Site Administration may collect, use, transfer, process and maintain information related to the data transmitted by the User in order to provide relevant services.

4.2. The Site Administration undertakes to collect only the personal information that the User provides voluntarily, in the case when the information is necessary to provide (improve) services to the User.

4.3. The site administration collects both basic personal data, namely first name, last name, patronymic, address and email address, as well as secondary (technical) data - cookies, connection information and system information.

4.4. The User agrees that the confidentiality of the data transmitted via the Internet is not guaranteed if access to this data is obtained by third parties outside the area of technical means of communication subject to the Site Administration, the Site Administration is not responsible for the damage caused as a result of such access.

4.5. The site administration can use any information collected through the website https://alupro.ua/ in order to improve the content of the website, refine it, transfer information to the User (upon request), for marketing or research purposes, as well as other purposes, not contrary to the provisions of the current legislation on the processing of information.

4.6. The User is personally responsible for the safety of his login and password, other registration data for entering the Site. In case of loss of login, password or other registration data, the user undertakes to follow the instructions prescribed on the Site for their recovery. At the same time, the Site Administration takes all possible measures to prevent the publication of messages that violate applicable law or moral standards.

5.5. The Site Administration is under no circumstances responsible for possible illegal actions of the User in relation to third parties or third parties in relation to the User.

5.10. In case of problems in using the site https://alupro.ua/, disagreement with specific sections of the Agreement or receiving inaccurate information from third parties, offensive information, any other unacceptable information, the User must contact the Administration of the Site https: //alupro. ua/, so that the Site Administration can analyze and eliminate the relevant defects, limit and prevent the receipt of incorrect information on the Site, and, if necessary, limit or terminate the organization for the provision of its services to any User and client who deliberately violates the provisions of the Agreement and the operation of the Site.

5.11. In connection with the foregoing, the Site Administration reserves the right to delete information posted on the Site and take technical and legal measures to terminate access to the Site for Users who, according to the Site Administration, create problems in using the Site by other Users, or Users who violate the requirements of the Agreement.

6. Other conditions

6.1. Nothing in the Agreement can be understood as the establishment of agency relations between the User and the Site Administration, LLC relations, joint activity relations, personal employment relations or any other relations not expressly provided for by the Agreement.

6.2. The Site is an object of intellectual property rights of ALUPRO GROUP LLC. All exclusive property copyrights to the site belong to ALUPRO GROUP LLC. The use of the Site by Users is possible strictly within the framework of the Agreement and the legislation of Ukraine on intellectual property rights.

6.3. All trademarks and titles referenced on this Site are the property of their respective owners.

6.4. Recognition by the court of any provision of the Agreement as invalid or unenforceable does not entail the invalidity of other provisions of the Agreement.

6.5. All possible disputes arising from this Agreement or related to it are subject to resolution in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

6.6. The User agrees not to reproduce, repeat, copy any parts of the Site, except when such permission is granted to the User by the Site Administration.

6.7. The source of personal data collection is information directly and voluntarily provided by the User.

6.8. Users have the right to view and download information and materials from the site only for non-commercial use in full compliance with the legislation in the field of intellectual property protection, other requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine. Commercial and / or public use of materials, information, other data posted on the site is prohibited. Any use of materials, information, other data of the Site on other sites without the consent of the copyright holder is prohibited.

6.9. Inaction on the part of the Site Administration in case of violation by any of the Users of the provisions of the Agreement does not deprive the Site Administration of the right to take later appropriate actions in defense of their interests and protection of copyrights protected in accordance with the law.

6.10. This Agreement may be amended and / or supplemented by the Site Administration unilaterally without any special notice. These Rules are an open and public document. The user is obliged to independently familiarize himself with the Rules and changes to them on the Site.

6.11. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Issues not regulated by the Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

6.12. The user confirms that he is familiar with all the clauses of this Agreement and unconditionally accepts them.

6.13. This provision is valid indefinitely.
