Compliance with Requirements
In the development of the product, "Alupro Group" is guided by the norms and tolerances for the manufacture of aluminum profiles according to GOST 22233-93 (DSTU B V.2.6-3-95), which outlines the established design standards based on the product's use and industrial application.
Stages of production
Approval of the standard drawing
When manufacturing a profile, a normal is used to control its geometry and dimensions - a drawing of the profile section indicating sizes, weight, perimeter, and other requirements for the profile. Norm agrees with the client before launching the profile.
Technical documentation and labelling
For the proper formatting of technical documentation, each profile is assigned its unique code. Usually, it is alphanumeric: A-xxxx – a temporary code during processing; PAS-xxxx – the main code of our production. Other markings of profiles may also be encountered, for example, xxxx, ЗК-xxx, ЗН-xxx, ОК-xxx, ОН-xxx. Such a variety of profile codes is mainly related to the use of dies from different manufacturers. The drawings of profiles (normals) are combined into corresponding catalogs and collections based on the applications of the profile.
Internal tools
All questions regarding the creation of a new profile, die, machining, manufacturing capabilities, timelines, and costs are handled by the development department.
